Arlo Pro Every 2 to 3 weeks, 1 of 3 of my cameras would go offline

Every 2 to 3 weeks, 1 of 3 of my cameras would go offline. I would have to climb take it down and remove it from the base then reinstall and resync back to the base to get it back working. The battery would be around 70% or greater.

I also use smart things custom mode to configure the rules and every time I save the settings it will keep the settings for about a week then automatically go back to the default configuration no power outages. Just keeps the configs for about a week.

If the same camera is consistently dropping offline, this could be due to poor signal or WiFi interference. How far away is the camera from the base station?

 

One way to further isolate the issue would be to swap a camera that is behaving correctly with the problem camera and see if the issue follows the location or the camera.
