Camera not recording

All my cameras but one are recording video and putting it in library but one. I originally changes it to not record through settings but have changed it back. I get push alerts but to emails either for that camera.

I have tried changing and saving settinga multiple times with no luck.

It senses the motion and I have also just tried pulling battery then putting it back in.

Any thoughts?

Try removing the camera via the app, then resync it with the base station.....

I have the same problem with 1 out of 4 cameras. Tried the reset and still does not record all of the time. What next?

Are you running a schedule? Is the affected camera Armed when attempting to detect motion and record? Check your mode/rules to make sure there is a rule telling the affected camera to record upon detecting motion.

Same thing here. This morning all 4 didn't record anything. After a restart 3 starter working. Any solution to this? also no push notification.

 

JamesC - I use Armed mode all the time and everything is the way it always been.

No problems since then. All good for now.
