My cameras are not recording all movement. Yesterday my front doorbell rang at 5:24pm and I was not able to answer it. When I went to my library to see who it was, there was no recording from either the doorbell camera nor another camera that can see the front door.

Can you verify which mode you're using when this happens? Have you checked the rules in that mode to ensure proper settings are there?

Can you please send a screenshot of what you have set up under modes for the cameras that are not recording?

I have not but it's not the only camera having this issue.
