I bought a set of 4 Arlo Pro cameras. One of the 4 cameras will not detect motion. We have moved it to numerous locations and it just seems like it's just not working. Right now it's outside on the corner of the garage, pointing towards the driveway. Help!

Already did that. I contacted support and it looks like it is indeed a bad camera. I will find out in the next day or 2 if they are sending me another one. Thanks for your suggestions.

Try removing and resinstalling the battery. If that doesn't help, remove it from Settings, My Devices and resync. If it's truly a bad camera, you can swap at the store or open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

or adjust your Motion Sensitivity to 99 and go down until you're ok with it.. See if that helps a bit..
