motion sensor not working

   So we bought four Arlo pro cameras on best buy and we inserted them all, three of them worked properly but all except one, the camera couldn't sensor motion that's three feet away from it. I tried to turn up the sensity level but no change,only makes it record random stuff. Why?

Reset the camera by pulling the battery and then replacing...test if it works now.

 

If still NG, remove the camera REMOVE DEVICE and bring back as new, test again

 

If still not working maybe you can swap it at Bestbuy for another
