I have arlo pro home camera and have subscriptions plan, but camera does not recording

Can you live stream the camera?  If you can, can you make a manual recording while live streaming?

 

Also, there are several pro cameras (pro, pro 2, pro 3, pro 3 floodlight, pro 4).  Can you confirm which you have?  It'd also be helpful to know if you are using a base station (and if you are, what model).
