it s like the motion is too fast for the cam to record from beginning

There's a 2-3 second camera "wake-up" time for each recording while the detection is noted, the camera comes out of sleep and resumes the connection to the base and, hence, the servers. What you need is to check your camera positioning so motion is across the FOV, not at the camera, is within the specified 25 feet of detection capability, and that your motion sensitivity in your modes and rules is adequate to get what you need. Usually, careful camera positioning will get the best chance of capturing the event.
