I have accidentally deleted a video from the app. How can i retrieve it? How can i memorize the videos in flash Memory from USB ?

If you have arlo pro and you had a USB drive plugged into the base, you can retrieve those recordings by pulling the USB and putting it in your pc.  I'd recommend you access the base, local storage, and use the "safely remove usb drive" option but if you can't get to the base you can usually pull it without issue.

As mentioned above, when using local storage the content will be saved on both the cloud and the USB device. For instructions on how to set this up, see here: How do I enable or disable local storage of Arlo video recordings on a USB device?

Once content has been deleted from the library it is permanently erased from the cloud and cannot be retrieved.
