Camara battery and internet connectivity only when plugged in.

Camera only works when plugged in now. When not plugged in, says fully charged, but shows the plug in display, and when trying to connect says camera is not connected to the internet. Help please and thank you.

Try reinstalling the battery as well as swapping batteries around. It sounds like a hardware problem so contact support:
