Battery won’t stay charged after I charge it

My battery won’t stay charged after I charge it. I noticed the lights on camera were staying on for a long time ? Any suggestions

Have you pull the battery and reinstalled ?  ( or charged in camera )

A reset of the camera requires pulling the battery.

If the above doesn't work, you may have to Remove the camera from base ( remove device ) and then bring it back as if new.  ( write down any customs modes you may have as removing will delete them and reset to default )

If still NG, it just may be a fault in the camera itself as with the LEDS on all the time, the battery will drain at a fast rate.

Try removing the camera from your account and then onboard it again. Any help?
