Arlo Camera won’t register in the library or record unless I push the arrow on the screen

I’ve tried everything.  My front camera- full battery and says it is on but won’t register in the library or record unless I push the arrow on the screen.  The other camera is fine and the front worked fine until just recently.  Any ideas how to fix it not recording in library?

Can you try pulling the removable battery out of the camera for 10sec to reset it.

 

are you getting any motion notifications from the problem camera?

 

does the motion test utility found in the camera settings page confirm the camera is detecting motion?
