There is no battery status option under camera settings showing up on one of up on one of my pro cameras.

Does this occur on the web browser and app? 

 

Have you tried rebooting the camera?

It does not show on app.  It does show on website.  

I did reboot a few times

I swapped out battery with one from another camera. It showing status now. Could I have been using a bad or wrong battery?

I suspect it was just that you rebooted the camera when you changed the battery.
