I replaced the battery for my Arlo pro. I charged my new battery over night. I installed the battery and the app still says to charge the battery. Does anyone have any suggestions for this issue?

What app are you using, website, android or iOS?
The android app and website have previously had problems with battery status.

I’m using iOS. I deleted it and reinstalled the app also. Still getting the need to charge battery screen.

Is the camera saying it is offline or just battery is low, what % is the battery?

My battery is 100% and brand new. This is the message I am seeing.
This device's battery level is too low. Connect a compatible charger to charge the battery

Some things to try,
- Remove the battery from the camera for 10sec to reset it.
- Restart the Base station to force an update to your mobile app.
- Check if the same error appears using the arlo website login, my.arlo.com.
- Lastly try removing the camera from your account and add it again. Use the website app if you have difficulty re-adding the camera, use a pc connected to your local network.

I replaced the battery for my Arlo pro. I charged my new battery over night.
Just in case.... the PRO requires a qualcomm type dual voltage charger that puts out 5 & 9v...
A normal usb adapter WILL NOT charge the battery. ( as the battery requires a charge up to 8.4 v )
So either use the original adapter ( read side to verify output voltage ) or use a qualcomm type ( usu the ones that allow fast charging ) with dual outputs
