Battery question

I discovered a horrible smell and found the camera battery(?) had blown.  Does Arlo guarantee their cameras?  

To the community...make sure these cameras are near anything that could catch on fire.  Luckily, mine was in an open space and didnt catch my house on fire.

You have a 1 year warranty in most countries (2 years in some others). If still within that period, use the app to go to Settings, Support to see what official support may offer.

Did you have an Arlo battery in the camera?  Or was it a third-party replacement?

Was the camera connected to a charger when the battery malfunctioned?
