My 2 new batteries are now destroyed. Following are the observations.

1. Charged the battery in one of my working Arlo pro cameras, it shows 100% and working fine

2. Placed this battery in the suspected Arlo Pro that destroys battery

3. Immediately observed the battery life as 0%

4. Now the battery does not work in previous good camera or even charge

How to get support for this, as looks like one of my Arlo Pro camera is defective and it destroys the battery immediately may be due to some kind of short circuit.

The warranty for Arlo products is one yr for most items.... since the Pro is older, not likely to be on warranty.

But the battery may not be destroyed... just that the charge in it is so low the charge can not start.

Follow the steps in this article...has worked many times before. Usu about 6 times it needs to be done before the battery takes a charge.

Obv, do not use the battery again in the bad camera... but does it still work on AC power ?

after further troubleshooting, it is observed that that particular Arlo Pro was having issues, as far as I remember this worked only till the initial battery got drained, now replacing any charged battery shows as 0%.

I should have contacted before, just lazy as it was kept inside the closet.
