Battery doesn't fully charge. Less than 1 year old.

Hi, I have 2 Arlo Pro camera's and one of the batteries doesnt fully change. It was left charging over night and has only changed up to 91%, where as the other camera fully charged (100%) in a few hours.   These camera's are in a low traffic area and have only ever charged them a few times, so not over changed them.

 

I have checked when I purchased it and it was on the 21/05 and therefore under a year.    Does anyone know what the support process is to get it fixed/replaced, etc?
