Battery Says Charged - App Is Red & Says Needs Charging

Arlo Pro I have charged my battery, it is showing solid blue dot, but it’s still RED on my app and saying the battery needs charging. I even charged the extra battery that came with my kit and it shows a solid blue dot but the app still says battery needs charging. I’ve looked all over for a phone #, email or live chat and all I find is this community....so help please

Try and reboot the base via the power button... this will usu fix that issue.

OR

Force stop the app and restart
