Batteries dead even though it shows fully charged (green) with the dual Arlo charging station

I have three batteries that I can't seem to charge....I'll place them in the charging station for several hours until they turn green (fully charged). When I puth them into the cameras, they still show as "low batter". Not sure what to do. Anyone else experience this?

Try to reboot the base unit ( power off then on ) after installing the charged battery...

I did reboot via the app, but I'll try to hard reset by unplugging and plugging the base when I get home.
