I received my new camera system yesterday. One battery is dead. Does not work. The other 3 work in the camera but show 0%! Should I return the system or ask Arlo for replacement batteries. Not a good way to start my experience with Arlo Pro!

Plugged in cameras, moved the batteries from camera to camera and everything eventually worked and all show 100%. Strange way to start my security package.

IIRR, the batteries should be at least part charged if not all the way full.
IMO, not good, return if able is quicker.

I returned the system and purchased a new one. Difficult to believe the system made it through their quality control. Hopefully the new one has no problems.

I returned my system and purchased a second. I am again having battery issues. It is necessary to pluig in the cameras to sync them. The batteries do not appear to be charge. Is this common with the Arlo Pro? Very frustrating. They should tell us to charge the batteries first.
