I have 2 different residences. Can I use the same app and account to access my different cameras?

Yes. If you've already set up both individually, you can GRANT ACCESS to your main account. Then you'll be able to see then all on that account.
If you haven't, I'm pretty sure you could put all cameras on the same account despite them being on different base stations

Yes as Mentioned....
There is no limit on any number of bases, Nor a limit on location.... the major limit is the number of cameras on the account based on service level.
