Basic station is offline

Hi,
Somehoww the basic station is offline altough all 3 lights are green. But in the app iT says offline. The camera's are working and clips are stored in the library.

How Can I solve this?

Probably best to restart the base station and see if that makes a difference

Turned iT of and on. No difference. Do I need to reset? I am afraid that I lose all my settings then. But if iT will solve this I will try.

Yes, a reset will cause all settings to revert to default.  If you decide to do this, note your settings, modes and ruls as well as the schedule to speed the rebuilding process.
