Base vmb4000 connects to the internet but is not recognized by the app

he intentado todo por dos semanas para conectar la base a la app. , segui absolutamente todos los pasos, todas las opciones de reseteo de fabrica pero no es visible por la app. la base es nueva

 

I have tried everything for two weeks to connect the base to the app. , I followed absolutely all the steps, all the factory reset options but it is not visible by the app. the base is new

They will send god free another base station, I tried everything but there was impossible to match the hub with the app
