Hi.
I got an Arlo today, three cameras. It was set up really easily, but the base station won’t stay connected. I have it plugged in directly to my broadband router (TalkTalk) which has been factory reset.
The middle light is often orange, sometimes off entirely. I’ve tried resetting etc, no joy.
I have an Apple AirPort Extreme set up also to allow for other devices to connect. Disconnecting this makes no difference. Connecting via it works for a few minutes.

The middle light is the connection to the Arlo servers. It needs to stay green. How fast is your connection? Have you tried a different port and/or ethernet cable?
