Base station firmware will not update

Just bought the 3 camera Arlo pro package and I'm just setting it up, but it wants me to update the firmware on the base station but it won't update 😩.

any help would be much appreciated!

When any product that has firmware that can be updated ships, it is shipped with the version that was available at the time of production. Sometimes it takes tech support to get the firmware updated when the version is too old for the updater software.

use the power button to off, then on to reboot the base....

If NG, then do a reset by holding in the reset only for about 10 secs till the front leds flash
