Bought a new base station from QVC, download the app, and the base station is not being detected by the app. I tried with the Mac, Ipad, Android phone and it still doesn't work.

What LEDs are lit and what color? You may want to hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot to green power and Internet LEDs and try again.
