Since the last update in December for the Arlo app my base station has been offline and the app will not find it at all, tried everything to solve this rendering all my system setup useless. Anyone having the same problem? All 3 lights are green so there cant be anything wrong with the base station so it has to be the app

Not necessarily, it could also be the cloud.  See if https://my.arlo.com shows the base on-line or not (using a PC browser).

 

You can try reseting the base, as that has resolved similar issues I've had.  https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-to-the-default-values
