Hi,
My app tells me my base station is offline (Common issue - v frustrating) but today the base station has no lights on at all. Have unplugged and replugged but still no lights.

It's actually not a common problem but does appear from time to time. The fact that there are no LEDs lit means that the power supply or base is dead or the outlet doesn't have power. If the outlet is good, it's a hardware problem that has to solved by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
