Base Station WIFI Is Not Working

The Arlo base station / WiFi are connected by cable but the wifi is not connected. Support said to call my IPS provider and tell them to turn  on the port connections of my WiFi. There are 4 ethernet connections. whywould any of them be off?

I did switch the  connection to each of the remaining ports with no results.

Have you rebooted the modem/router and then the base ( in that order )

Yes, as my daughter  mentioned also. And that seemed to have made the difference. Also I had the cable plugged into my Spectrum box vs my wifi, changed over tothe router and that was apparently it.
