After a few years of faithful service my base station disconnected from the cameras and refuses to allow to re-connect.

I went through re-booting, setup procedures, and factory reset without any success even though all lights on the unit are green and the center light (internet) starts blinking once in a while.

The factory reset does not seem to work even though I have been holding down the button for minutes and no amber light comes on.

I am using an Android phone (version Android 13) or the Firefox browser to communicate with the base station.

Any suggestions anyone?

Is the base station currently in your account's device list?

Unfortunately nothing is left in my device list, no base station, no cameras

Verify that the power supply is working. Use a voltmeter and compare what's read by what is printed on the wall wart.

The power supply is fine , all lights are on
