Two month old cameras will not charge. Arlo support says cameras defection and need to be replaced but I have to pay $196.00 to register the cameras. In other words, the warranty they advertise is only valid if you purchase it.

Doesn't sound like Arlo support to me. Did you google for a phone number, or did you use the support area in the app?
