Based on prior discussions, looks like I need a HomeKit token reset.  Please, send same. 

 

FYI: It'd be nice if Arlo had a published email address to send these questions/concerns to as I'd rather not put this out on a public forum.  Also, your support chat bot isn't very bright.

 

I have a VMB4000r3 base station.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
