Audio very low with Arlo Pro

Hi all,

has anyone ran into the issue of the audio for the Arlo Pro being really low?? When i go to view the cameras live I can barley here what anyone is saying on the live feed, I also have the same issue when watching the recordings as well, and for some reason all of the cameras when viewing live or on the recording all have this loud clicking sound on them. Like WTF is this all about?? I try to talk to someone using the mic and no one can hear me, and when they finally do, The audio once again is low or it is breaking up and they only get a portion of what i said. You would expect after spending $600.00 dollars on this equiptment the systeme would work as advertised... Is that to much to ask?? like I dont get it, I can stream video with a gopro to my phone and i have no delay no audio issues I also can do the same with cheap little polaroiad cubes and once again no PROBLEMS, But you drop a **bleep** load of money on these cameras and its like your brought back to the early 2000's with there current tech used with Arlo.. How is it every device in the world can generate its own wifi and yet Arlo can not do it?? Im starting to think they are purposley doing this so you have to keep upgrading cameras. Watch in 6 months from now they will create a camera that finally makes wifi and can stream just like any device like gopro out today. Netgear you need to give all of us free credit or something because this is not right.. You are selling all of us JUNK and then not doing anything to fix the issues. I want my gear to work as it says it does, stop selling these things if they do not work like they should.
