Arlo pro middle led is off

Hi. I've a PPPoE internet connection. I can't use a DHCP. Sometimes (very often) my Arlo Pro loses connection. How can I solve it? I use an Airport Extreme router. Thanks.

What is showing with the LEDs on the base when it's offline?

The middle led is off

That means the base isn't even talking to the router. One of the following is true:

- Bad cable

- Bad port on the router

- Bad port on the base

Use a different cable. If that doesn't help, use a different port on teh router, if available. If still no luck, turn your modem and base off, plug the base into the modem and turn both on, modem first. If it works then, it's something about the router.
