I keep getting messages that "Audio is detected in Driveway" even though I have "Audio is detected" OFF.  When I go to check it (modes...camera) it is back ON.  I turn it OFF again, even exit the pregram, and recheck it..yep..OFF.  But by the end of the day or the next day it is back ON again.  It doesn't record, just sends a notice.

I have three cams, but the other two are Arlo, not Pro, and this doesn't happen.

I've been unabel to find "audio sensitity" that some have mentioned either.  Perhaps it is not availible in the Smarthtings mode?

Any ideas?  Not that big a deal, just annoying, esp currently with the snow falling off the branches.

I'm not familiar with how SmartThings works. Does it use Arlo modes or are they something set up by ST? If Arlo modes, perhaps you haven't saved at all points after making the setting change?

It is the smarthings mode in the Arlo App.  I've gone back in and checked it..over and over.  It even reverts the camera rename to some alphanumeric code everytime too, so i can already tell audio dection is back ON, just by the weird camera name.

I think I have an idea what makes this happen but no clue how to fix it.  I just reset it, went out to shovel snow, cam detected Motion.  Then it started detecting sound again.  I went inside, turn it back OFF, went back outside...Motion detected. Came inside Sound detection back ON.

Apparently when Arlo decects motion it turns the Sound Detection  back ON. No clue why?

My temporary fix is to turn off notificantion on the Arlo App.  I still get notifications from Smartthings. Fingers crossed!
