Arlo wifi network location

I have a arlo pro 4 camera system and recently have been having wifi issues. A diagnostic showed the net gear wifi service as been in DE not U.K. It said there is a possibility of the wrong region causing wifi issues, I checked and the time is set to U.K.,

Is there a way to change this by somehow logging in to the netgear network, when it asks for the password my arlo password doesn't work

There is no access p/w to the base unit.

Did you try a full reset of the unit?  Or a contact to Netgear Support
