Whenever I plug in the arlo base station my regular internet router stops assigning IP addresses. All by devices are disconnected and I can manually assign addresses using the same convention the router would use, without issue. It's just annoying to have to manually assign everything in my house an ip manually. Any idea how to fix this?

That's a new one. Have you tried a reset of the base (remove everything from Settings, My Devices as well as hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and set up again)? That should clear out any weirdness that's not hardware. A possibility would be to assign the base a static IP for DHCP instead of setting up everything else but I'm not sure that would help. Have you also rebooted your router? It may just be a faulty base that's somehow causing a network issue.
