Had system for about 1 month and things were ok. Now constantly getting "system offline contact support " error messages when trying to view live feeds from my phone's app. (Batteries fully charged, base lights all on, Wi-Fi showing strong signal). Also on days when it is connected, it takes sooo long to view the live feed, the person is long gone!

Try power cycling your router and base, one at a time in that order. Log out and back into the app. Try both WiFi and cell service. Also, try a browser.

Since the error message is telling you to contact support, can we assume you've done that?

What is the behavior of the base station LEDs (lit/unlit, color, blinking/solid etc.) when you experiencing this?
