Arlo pro not sending notifications when in geofencing mode

I have 4 Arlo Pro cameras that up until recently where working fine, They are all online and I can connect to view remotely. The geofencing activates when I leave home and de-activates when I get home. However I don't get any notifications if someone passes by the cameras. I checked and all the settings seem to be where their supposed to be. Any suggestions?

To be clear, the mode that geofencing switches to when away has rules that include notifications that are enabled, correct? Does that mode work properly when at home?
