Arlo pro night vision

New to Arlo pro wireless. Is this what the night vision is supposed to look like? I tried every brightness setting but quality is very poor.

It's the distance that's the issue.  You're trying to light up a large space with a few IR LEDs on a batery-powered camera - it won't happen. You can get maybe 20 feet worth of illumination without adding some sort of external lighting. A common issue is the user trying to see too much in the camera view - tilt it down so you see only what's relatively close by and important. Do you really need to see the whole of the neighbor's house?  If so, you'll need external lighting although motion detection could be an issue.
