Arlo pro microphone not displaying.

Just yesterday I used the talk back feature on my arlo pro camera. Today the microphone in the app just doesn't appear.

Nothing has changed in my settings. The microphone and speaker are still on. Nothing has changed in my phone permissions. The little icon just disappeared.

I tried rebooting the system. Checking for and upgrade and powering the mics on and off but it didn't work.

Please advise.

I closed app and signed back in, no good. Deleted app, shut down phone, rebootted and reinstalled app. works fine--thanks!

Aberjohn, try to do this.
1) Delete the app.
2) Hard reset your iPhone (- volume and power button for iPhone 7 and home + power butten for older version)
3) reinstall the app.

These steps works with me.

Same happened to me. The mic icon just disappeared. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Seems to be working now. Tx

Delete my app
Delete my cameras and reboot all my things ...
Not working !
What i should do
I went to setting from the app and log out
Try to login and it still not working ...
I turn off the cameras and turned on;

Nothing...
Do i hAve to download an update???

Bernitarantini,

Logging out of the app and signing back in should resolve this issue. Are you experiencing the microphone not displaying at all or a different issue?

See if there's any updates on your phone carrier and your iOS/Android by restarting/rebooting it.. see if that helps

- Yes nothing is working.
And second i will try to reboot my phone and there is something wrong on and it is not making working good
Because i try it all and nothing!

Be sure you are logging out by navigating to Settings > Profile > Log out. Enter your password information and log back in.

This should restore the microphone icon.

Have you tried un-installing App and re-install? Try it see if it helps.. Restart your Phone..

First thanks for the tips

- i delete the cameras from my app
- logged out
- delete the app
- Restart my iphone

<><><><><><> After that <><><><><><>
•Fix my phone
•Download the app again
•Logging
•Restart and sync cameras

Then just in case i restart one more time my iphone and after that iget in the App and it get fixed

So i figure out i had to log out , delete everything & restart the phone and after that reintall everything and it works !
My mic is back!

HAPPY  TO SAY IT IS NOW WORKING BUT I HAD TO UNINSTALL THE APP ON MY IPHONE 7 AND REINSTALL TO MAKE IT WORK.

Remove and reinstall fixed the microphone missing issue.

I hope Arlo can have a better testing before releasing the new software.

This may have happend at the same time I got my Echo Show and linked the 2 accounts.... Hope this helps
