Arlo pro, geofencing problem

I bought an Arlo pro 6 months ago and for the first month the geofencing worked perfectly fine. I had registered both my wife and my phone. Suddenly one day it stopped arming and disarming. It shows it can tell where my phone is but not arming or disarming accordingly....I made sure the location setting in my phone settings is set to Always. I even created a separate account later for my wife and joined her to the network separately again. No luck so far. Does anyone have the same issue? If so any suggestions for a fix?

It appears an issue had popped up recently ( update  fw or back end , I don't know )

But do know Netgear is working on it

I’m actually using life 360 and ifttt to do the geofencing job for now
