Hi. It seems there are a few posts on the subject but I can't find the solution.

I have had my 2 Arlo Pro cameras for a few months. They have been working well, the batteries needing charging only every 5 or 6 weeks (I use the cameras 12 hours a day on average and when on holidays). Recently both the batteries have been "tired" so I recharged them again and again and finally bought 2 new batteries and I still get the same problem. They seem to lose charge even if the system is disarmed. As an example I charged both yesterday, they are now only 70% charged. That used to take weeks before and I start to think I bought the 2 new batteries for nothing as it looks like a hardware problem. What is the solution? Thanks

Reboot the base to see if that helps. If not, try removing a camera from Settings, My Devices and resync. If still an issue, I'd try a total reset and start fresh.
