I have been having problems with my new Arlo pro camera that I have indoor. First, it keeps going offline And now the battery needs charging. I'm using the wire and adapter that comes with it but I don't see any indication that it is charging. I've only had this product for 4 days so it's frustrating. Need help please!

Can't you use it plugged in with the battery out?

I have only had my cameras for two days, and one of them keeps coming off line every 10 or so minutes. I now can't get it on at all, and it's blinking amber, indicating battery is low. Trying to charge it and it is not charging

Pull the battery pack, and use the power adapter ONLY...see if you can re-sync the camera as normal

( yes, the camera will run without the battery pack , I did it for 2 weeks )

If it doesn't sync, go into settings for the camera and use REMOVE device... then power button reboot the base , let it come fully back online.

Now attemp to re-sync

If still NG , contact Netgear Support.

The camera WILL run on the adapter only... when first plugged in all you will see is a blue led flash on front.

If the battery pack is in ( and the charge toogle on in settings ) when fully charges, the front led will turn solid blue. It flashes blue when charging.

* note that the camera will not fully charge if in active use, it should be in disarmed mode

If you put the camera near the base and attempt to re-sync and fail, follow the previous thread entry, if still NG contact Netgear.
