I have three Arlo Pro cameras. They all notified me of low battery. I tried to charge them by hooking camera's to the USB charging cord. None of the camera's would charge there respected batteries. I tried using a new cord and got the same results. I happened to have had an extra charged battery which I stuck in each camera and the blue light flashed as it was suppose to. I assumed that the problem was therefor bad batteries and ordered two new batteries. When they arrived I tried to charge one of the new batteries overnight in each of the camera's with no success. I'm stumped.....Any ideas out there? Help!!!!!!

Make sure you're using the proper charger - it has to have both 5v and 9v outputs. The camera will run on 5v but needs 9v to charge. If needed, try a phone charger that has both outputs.
