Arlo pro camera …won’t get recognized

Hello

I ‘removed device’ and now it won’t reconnect.  I tried syncing directly to base station and LED on camera blinks rapidly to show it synced but camera doesn’t show up on my iPhone. Then tried syncing through app on iPhone but it can’t locate the camera.  My other cameras are working with no problems...

Any suggestions?

Test it on a computer to see if it's the arlo system or the phone...

( also if it's a shared ( your not the primary acct ) camera, it may have to be toggled on for your to see it )
