Alarm Icon Is Grayed Out.

Under “Devices” my alarm icon is grayed out
I can’t seem be able to get the alarm to work on my system.
Is there something in the settings I can change?

What device and OS? App or browser? Which one? Have you rebooted the base?

I have the Arlo App loaded on my iPhone. That is where I receive notice on action on my cameras. I’m able to converse through me phone with someone at the camera but I’m not able to sound an alarm. An Alarm is an option that I should be getting correct? Should I reboot the base unit?
If I do; will the cameras need to be re-synced? Thanks for your response to my questions.

Try to reboot the base; you do not need to resync the cameras when rebooting the base.

Thanks for the info.
I have been able to get the alarm to ring at the base now.
