Hi
I am trying to charge my Arlo Pro camera for the first time, and it is not working. I searched forums and tried changing the cable but didnt work.
Please suggest me how to fix it.
HW version: H7
Firmware: 1.092.0.3_12290
Serial Number: 4VR16B7ABB4B1

In order for the camera to charge, you MUST be using the supplied adapter and cable... the adapter is a Qualcomm type that supplies dual voltage of 5v and 9 v. ( cam needs 9v to charge )
So if an issue, pull out the battery and then replace in camera...use the supplied adapter for ac and when plugged i nte hble led should go on
( or look at the camera in settings , you will see the charging "lightning bolt" symbol
