Ok so I recently purchased a 4 pack arlo pro system and so my question is how can I tell when my battery is fully charged?

Batteries come fully charged out of the box. When you do need to charge them, they will be a solid blue light on the front of the camera when full.

You can also use the app. to monitor the current state of charge while it's charging.
