Arlo pro base station firmware update error

I am no able to see live cameras due to I cant update the base station firmware it says that it is an error and for that it couldnt download the file so what I can do?

This is usually what happens when your internet connection speed is too slow. What are your ping, up and down speeds on speedtest.net?

 

If it is this, can you take the system to someone else's house where the internet is faster and plug it in and do a reset and wait for it to update? Not actually sure about triggering it to update or manually doing it either so it might take a while
