Arlo Pro Mobile App was just updated on iOS to v2.4.5 (12.7.2017)

 

It changed the Library overview page; replacing DELETE with DONATE.

 

DONATE is okay to be there but not replacing a critical function. I now have 3 clicks to delete each video (ellispis, delete, confirm). Now, where a screen of 10 video used to take 3 clicks (select, all, delete), it takes 30 (ellipsis, delete, confirm for 1 video at a time).

 

That's insane and creates a horrible customer experience.

 

If you need donations, then include that option in a pull down menu; not by replacing a critical function.

I'm not able to replicate what you are describing. The donate function has not replace delete. Delete is still available after selecting a video within the library.

 

What iOS device are you using and what OS version do you have installed? Can you provide a screenshot?

I've found that it's okay on the iPhone but that it's on the iPad.

The engineering team has been able to reproduce this issue and is actively working on a fix. Thank you all for the examples and descriptions.
